SHIPPING TERMS:
We use a variety of methods to send items to customers. Please allow
Catsaholics
to choose the best method for your item to reach you.
Should you wish to use Express/Overnight shipping, kindly email sales@catsaholics.com for a shipping quote prior to your
purchase.
We are glad to send your special purchase to a gift recipient at no additional charge beyond the applicable postage. If
you are sending an item outside North America, please email sales@catsaholics.com for a shipping quote.
The PayPal screen allows you to show your billing address as well as the delivery address. Simply mention that this is
a gift purchase on your PayPal payment or with your payment by mail and the kitties at CATSAHOLICS
will be thrilled to include a gift card. | |
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment options: We gladly accept certified checks and money orders
for e-mail orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards through PayPal, as well as bank
account transfers, electronic checks and PayPal balance transfers. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. or phone orders.
REFUND POLICY:
You may return an item for a refund as long as it was not custom-ordered or used. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return an item, e-mail us at sales@catsaholics.com for pre-approval. We will not accept returned
items without a preapproval code. Your returned item must be postmarked no more than 15 days from the shipment date for products
sent within the US, and postmarked no more than 30 days from the shipment date for products being returned from outside of
the US.
You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid
for your order by PayPal, a credit will be issued by PayPal and will appear in your PayPal account. If you sent payment by
mail, your refund will be sent by certified check.

does not receive any personal banking information from any customer dealing with PayPal.

email addresses in the event of mailing or emailing a flyer to a prior customer.
